MAGNETIC PARTICLE INSPECTION

Our Magnetic Particle Inspection rating is compliant with the inspection requirements of the manufacturers for propeller and engine overhaul. We have a wet-type bench MPI equipment as a mandatory requirement of the manufacturers for both propeller and piston engines. Our yoke-type MPI equipment is only used for field airframe inspection.

EDDY CURRENT TESTING AND INSPECTION

Our NDT/NDI specialists are skilled in using ECI on aircraft parts and propeller. We have customized probes applicable to all our propeller and engine inspection needs.

LIQUID PENETRANT INSPECTION

Our fluorescent penetrant inspection method follows the procedures set by ASTM E-1417 and other aviation standards set by known Civil Aviation Authorities. We do not use visible dye penetrant on any of ​the aircraft parts critical components such as engine, propeller and load carrying components.
BORESCOPE INSPECTION
