MAGNETIC FLUX INSPECTION

Our Magnetic Flux Inspection unit is compliant with the inspection requirements of the manufacturers for propeller and piston engine overhaul. We have a wet type bench MPI equipment as a mandatory requirement of the manufacturers for both propeller and piston engine. Our yoke type MPI equipment is only used for field airframe inspection. 

EDDY CURRENT AND ULTRASONIC INSPECTION

Our NDT/NDI specialists are skilled in using ECI on aircraft parts and propeller. We have customized probes applicable to all our propeller and engine inspection needs.

Our ultrasonic equipment is used for thickness and crack detection and as an alternative means of double checking other inspection methods.

FLOURESCENT PENETRANT INSPECTION

Our fluorescent penetrant inspection method follows the procedures set by ASTM E-1417 and other aviation standards set by known Civil Aviation Authorities.  We do not use visible dye penetrant on any of ​the aircraft parts critical components such as engine, propeller and load carrying components.
